Judgment Vacated in Conditional Discharge Appeal
J. David Haskin and Ben Goldberg believed a client was illegally resentenced under the conditional discharge statute in a Superior Court in Cobb County. A discretionary appeal was granted in the Georgia Court of Appeals. A three Judge panel, for various reasons, agreed with the attorneys and recently vacated the clients’ sentence.
